2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.
  • Additional charges may apply for express shipping, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • KinoVeda is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kinoveda.com for assistance.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
  • We will review and process the claim for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
